1. Definitions & Interpretation

The meanings of the following terms used in this document are explained below. These definitions are presented first for ease of reading these terms.

• "Platform" — The 77g7 website and all services, pages, and sections under it.
• "User" or "You" — Any person who accesses the 77g7 platform or creates an account.
• "Account" — A personal user profile created through registration on the platform.

3. Account Management

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details completely confidential. Keep your password strong and do not share it with any third party. You are solely responsible for all activity carried out from your account.

3.2 Account Suspension & Closure

77g7 may suspend or close an account without notice in the following circumstances:

• In the event of a breach of terms
• In the event of suspicious or fraudulent activity
• If money laundering is suspected
• If a minor is identified
• If evidence of operating multiple accounts is found

3.3 Self-Closure

You may request to close your account at any time via live chat or by email at [email protected]. A self-exclusion option is also available as part of responsible gaming.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

Deposits and withdrawals on the 77g7 platform are currently available through the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Bank Transfer (such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank). No other methods are accepted.

4.2 Minimum Amounts

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users are eligible to receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,200 bonus → total ৳2,200
• Deposit ৳10,000 → ৳5,000 bonus → total ৳15,000 (maximum limit applies)

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 20x wagering requirement must be met before a bonus can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not combined with the deposit. Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 20 = ৳24,000 total must be wagered to withdraw winnings from the bonus.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• A bonus may apply to specific games only — the detailed terms of each offer apply separately.
• 77g7 reserves the right to forfeit a bonus if bonus abuse is suspected.
• Claiming bonuses using multiple accounts or proxies is strictly prohibited.
• The validity period of each promotional offer is stated in the terms of that offer.

5.4 VIP Program

77g7's VIP program has four tiers: Bronze — up to 0.4% weekly cashback; Silver — up to 0.8%; Gold — up to 1.1%; Platinum — up to 1.5% weekly cashback. You can advance to a higher tier through regular play.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Bet Validity

A bet will only be considered valid once a successful confirmation message appears in the system. Incomplete bets due to network issues may be considered void.

6.2 Cricket & Sports Betting

Various cricket markets are available in the sports betting section, such as match winner, total runs, wickets, and many more options. Betting is available on matches in BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, and ICC tournaments.

6.3 Technical Errors

77g7 is not obligated to provide compensation if a game or bet is incomplete due to a software or hardware fault. However, in such situations, the bet may be cancelled and the deposited amount refunded.

6.4 Fair Play Policy

77g7 believes in fair play. All games are operated by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which ensures unbiased results.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 77g7 platform:

• Operating multiple accounts or using another person's account
• Bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, or bonus hunting
• Money laundering or processing illegal funds
• Attempting to breach or hack the platform's security
• Betting using automated bots or scripts
• Fraudulent conduct toward other users
• Providing false or misleading information
• Unauthorised use of the platform's copyrighted materials
